About us

Who we are

We connect all our gals working in the Charleston harbor, from the battery to the jetties.

Marina employees, deckhands, captains, fisherwomen, sailors, marine biologists — or just lovers of our maritime community. We create spaces to share opportunities, swap sea stories and support our local female-owned businesses, on the docks and off. Every week we share local job postings as well as maritime opportunities all over the world. Our mission is to give the gal's as many opportunities on & off the water as we can. Hoping to inspire more women to work on the water and pursue their passions.

Why us?

Why join

Safe spaces

Rooms, docks and boats where women in the industry can network, create friendships, learn and build confidence with no judgement.

Real opportunities

Local postings and worldwide maritime work shared first with the group — crew calls, deliveries, teaching gigs and licenses.

Skills, shared

Detailing basics, rigging, navigation, docking etc.. We teach each other what we've learned the hard way.

Women-owned support

We spotlight and send business to the female-owned companies shaping Charleston's working waterfront.
